Ok, so then, is there a guidelines document?
i.e., top-posting vs. bottom posting, reply-all by default or by choice?
Is there a list of developers with areas of expertise?
Maybe the developers could take a moment to post a brief biography that
would be suitable for archiving?
Since there is no history to the list, it's a good time to start the
traditions :-)
